Leesville, La. -  Friday, Jan. 16 detectives of the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Kendra Hoffpauir, 24, of Leesville. Hoffpauir has been charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquicy of a juvenile.
